How much assembly is required on complete bikes bought online?

I you choose unassembled, there are no parts installed on the bike.  The wheels are already built.  If you choose assembled, it is an 85% build. We build our bikes up completely and tune them to ensure everything is working correctly, we then dissemble the bike to the point that it will fit in boxes. You will need to install the fork and headset, install front brake and install the seat tube. The tires will need to be mounted on the rims and if you have a tubeless specific rim you will need to set up the tires and add sealant. Though we do tune the bike before disassembly, some adjustments of the derailleur(s) and brakes may be required.
